If your family is new to Nichols, Open House is one of the best ways to start your school search. Explore campus, meet students and faculty, learn about academics and student life, and see what the Nichols experience could look like for your student.

You do not need to know exactly what you are looking for before you arrive. Open House is programmed event designed to be your most complete, inside look at all things Nichols. Come with your questions, priorities, and curiosity.

GRADES 9-12
Upper School Evening Open House

Tuesday, September 29, 2026
5:00 p.m.–7:00 p.m.
For students and families considering Grades 9–12

Spend an evening getting to know the Upper School. Explore campus, hear about the academic and student experience, and talk with members of the Nichols community.

Please register in advance and select your preferred time slot. Families are asked not to arrive more than 10 minutes before their scheduled appointment.

GRADES 5-12
Middle and Upper School Open House

Sunday, October 18, 2026
9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
For students and families considering Grades 5–12

Families will be paired with the appropriate tour guides based on whether they are primarily interested in the Middle or Upper School, ensuring a more personalized experience.

Please register in advance and select your preferred time slot. Families are asked not to arrive more than 10 minutes before their scheduled appointment.

What to Expect
Open House is programmed event designed to give your family a overview of Nichols and plenty of opportunities to ask questions along the way. It is important you register and arrive on time.

During your visit, you will:

Learn about academics and student life in an informational session held inside the Flickinger Performing Arts Center (FPAC)
Explore our 32-acre campus with student and faculty tour guides
Finish your visit in the Rand Dining Hall to:
- Meet Nichols students, faculty, school leaders, and members of the Admissions Office
- Explore opportunities in athletics, arts, clubs, leadership, and service

Most importantly, you will have the chance to experience the people and relationships that shape daily life at Nichols.
