Bald for Bucks Success!

Last week, the Nichols community rallied together in an inspiring display of solidarity and compassion, raising over $13,000 for the Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center. The fundraising initiative saw an outpouring of support from both students and faculty alike.

Nichols has hosted Bald for Bucks on campus for almost 20 years! This year, led by faculty member Ron Montesano and student leaders, there were 9 students and 4 faculty members that raised funds and got a haircut! This year, Nichols was honored to have Tony George, the founder of Bald for Bucks on campus for this year’s event.

The generous donation to Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center will undoubtedly make a significant impact in advancing cancer research and supporting patients and their families in their journey towards healing. As the school continues to champion philanthropy and community service, their actions serve as a testament to the power of unity and compassion in effecting positive change.
