Nichols HEART Abroad: Costa Rica 2024!

Nichols is excited to announce a new opportunity for Nichols 7th, 8th, and 9th grade students starting this June 2024 - Nichols HEART Abroad. Students will have the opportunity to travel each summer and immerse themselves in new cultures, applying what they’ve learned at school in exciting new locations and demonstrating their HEART through service activities while there. These trips will occur each year in the month of June, lasting between 6 and 10 days. Each trip will have a focus on activities and experiences that match the group of students on the trip along with the location of the trip. 

Nichols has partnered with EF Tours to create the itinerary for our first Nichols HEART Abroad Trip. This June, 2024, we will travel to Costa Rica. While there, students will explore the local ecology, tour a farm engaged in sustainable environmental practices, visit Rincon de la Vieja National Park, take a boat tour of Caño Negro Wildlife Refuge, and more.
