Pam joins us from St. George’s Independent School in Tennessee, where she currently serves as Associate Head of School. While her recent work involves high-level strategy for a 1,000-student institution, her path to leadership is deeply connected to the daily life of a school. Pam spent over a decade at the Latin School of Chicago, serving as a PE teacher, Department Chair, and eventually Lead Dean of Students. She has a philosophy that aligns with our goals for student growth. Pam is also a dedicated mentor; in her previous roles, she has successfully guided several faculty members into their own leadership positions.
