The squad got another clean win today against St. Mary’s to continue the undefeated season. With four goals and a massive 19 shots on goal, the Offense was dominant. The defense, missing some of its members, was solid anyway with the help of Aaron Stein and Noah Stabler. With their help, the ball stayed on St. Mary’s side of the field for a large majority of the game, and Lukas Benchley had a shutout. Tommy Enstice scored the first two goals, with assists from Ian Kellogg and Anthony Rambino. Rambino scored the third, assisted by Nick Moore, and Jesse Adamu scored the last, assisted by Leif Anthony. This was Leif’s second time on the field this season, and he showed up for the short time he was on. One minute after getting on the field, he megged a St. Mary’s defender to provide Jesse Adamu with a clean shot, and goal. Anthony Rambino too had a great game. He gave the offense several chances to score with beautiful crosses, leading to an assist. He scored for himself as well. It was an overall great game from the whole team, and things are looking good for the game against St. Joes on Tuesday.
