    The Buffalo City Singles Men’s ‘Open’ Champions- The Buffalo City singles championships were first held in 1925. The winner that year was Mr. E. L. Hedstrom, father of Nichols Alumni Eric L. Hedstrom, Jr. ’41 and grandfather of Gilbert S. Hedstrom ’71.
