Some of the strategies Nichols School is adopting to improve institutional outcomes are:

Establishing an enrollment management team which will analyze data to set enrollment goals aligned with the school's mission and DEI statement.
Continuing to administer an annual climate survey to students, faculty, staff and coaches to establish benchmarks and assess perceptions of belonging.
Refining the current process to engage and include alumni of color as valued partners to grow and realize our DEI goals.
Aligning recruiting, hiring and onboarding processes to support our equity and diversity goals.
