Some of the strategies Nichols School is adopting to improve institutional outcomes are:
- Establishing an enrollment management team which will analyze data to set enrollment goals aligned with the school's mission and DEI statement.
- Continuing to administer an annual climate survey to students, faculty, staff and coaches to establish benchmarks and assess perceptions of belonging.
- Refining the current process to engage and include alumni of color as valued partners to grow and realize our DEI goals.
- Aligning recruiting, hiring and onboarding processes to support our equity and diversity goals.
