Five Nichols School Seniors Receive College Board Honors

Five members of the Nichols School Class of 2022 earned special honors from the College Board for their academic achievements. These students were recognized by Head of School Chris Burner at the Upper School meeting on Friday, October 1.
 
Lucas Suero ’22 was designated as a National Hispanic Recognition Program Scholar. Suero was honored based on his academic achievements and outstanding performance on College Board assessments.

College Board National Recognition Programs grant underrepresented students with academic honors that help them meaningfully connect to colleges and stand out during the admissions process. More than 80,000 students across all 50 states were eligible to receive these awards from the College Board, and 32,000 students were selected as honorees.
 
Four additional seniors were recognized with Letters of Commendation for their  performance on the 2020 PSAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test. Zaineb Ahmed ’22, Lyla Allen ’22, Ben Robare ’22, and Rose Saperston ’22 received Letters of Commendation in recognition of their outstanding academic promise.
