Admissions In Focus: Meet Adrienne Ptak

While our admissions team works tirelessly to connect with families virtually in this new normal, their personalities still shine through! “Admissions in Focus” is our new series to introduce you to the team that shows prospective families what it’s like to be part of the Nichols community.

Adrienne Ptak, our Associate Director of Admissions, graduated from Nichols in 1998 and is now in her 13th year working on the admissions team. Learn a bit more about Adrienne and what she thinks makes Nichols special!

What Adrienne likes most about Nichols
Adrienne says her favorite part of Nichols is the opportunity to work alongside passionate colleagues. She is particularly inspired by their dedication to their craft and to the students.

What Adrienne enjoys most about working for a school
Adrienne loves how every day is different when she comes to work. She loves being around kids and is an advisee for a group of Upper School girls in addition to her role on the admissions team. She lives for "breakthrough" moments connecting with her advisees.

Want to know a fun fact about Adrienne?
Adrienne claims to love mozzarella sticks more than just about anything else in the world! She also enjoys starting every day with an extra-hot vanilla latte with almond milk.
