Two toy drives in a day! Nichols Upper School student Lauren Radford '21 organized a toy drive for the Salvation Army USA and received an overwhelming amount of support from many advisories, faculty and staff. Her toy drive provided gifts for 48 children this holiday season!
For the past two weeks, as part of our Middle School's HEART initiative, Nichols School's 8th grade class held a toy drive and fundraiser to benefit Stone's Buddies. Stone's Buddies is an Oishei Children's Hospital program that supports families coping with chronic and life-threatening illness.
After heading to Target to buy even more toys with all of the money they raised, eighth graders visited Oishei Children's Hospital in person to drop the gifts. All of us at Nichols are so proud of these students for bringing some happiness to those in need this holiday season.
