Self-care is more than a buzzword; it is a survival tool. COVID-19 has taken its toll on us physically, emotionally and mentally. It is more important than ever that we practice self-care. Please join Nichols School's Director of Wellness and Licensed Mental Health Counselor Danielle Vallas ’95, LMHC, for an evening of self-care.
Before the event, participants will take a self-care assessment developed by Catherine Cook-Cottone from the University at Buffalo. During the event, participants will engage in self-care activities and create a plan to increase their daily self-care. Participants should dress in comfortable clothes and they will need paper and a pen/markers for the activities.
