Board of Trustees

The Board of Trustees at Nichols School is composed of 24 members. They are principally charged with the strategic, long-term protection and strengthening of the financial, physical and programmatic assets of the School, while manifesting the mission of the School.

Board members serve a three-year term, and serve on at least one standing committee of the Board. The Board meets three times per school year; although additional special meetings may be scheduled.
